Your order will be shipped to you fully insured via FedEx International Priority shipping. |  | Estimated Delivery
Shipping transit time for all orders should take no more than one day if the order is placed before 3pm ET. US customs may choose to inspect your package, which may add an additional day. Your piece of jewellery may take 3 days – 2 weeks to customize. | | | Shipping, Handling & Applicable Tax Information
Shipping, handling and applicable taxes are calculated based on the item total and shipping destination, and are included in the "Shipping, Handling and Applicable Taxes" charge. This charge is a reimbursement for costs Diamond Deals incurs. Costs include shipping fees paid to carriers as well as federal and provincial taxes paid on your behalf when your shipment is imported into the US. For shipments to certain postal codes including, but not limited to, those in the province of Saskatchewan and the cities of Hull, Quebec and Hawkesbury, Ontario, the recipient will be required to remit PST to their respective taxing authority. The shipping, handling and applicable taxes charge will not appear in the shopping cart & will be verified with a Diamond Deals customer Service Agent when processing the transaction. | | | Shipping to Alternate Addresses
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, please contact your credit card company and add the alternate address to your records. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx location, the item can be held there. | | | Secure, Insured Shipments
We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Diamonddeals.ca orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx.
